Badly water damaged watercolour - impossible to restore the original.
|
Converting paintings or photographs into a digital form allows manipulation in many ways - without ever endangering the original. Rips and tears, colour fading, stains and airborne pollutant damage can all be erased or repaired. Original watercolours are particularly difficult to restore conventially and usually uneconomical to do so, until now.
The safe restoration of originals is undertaken by quotation, on sight of the original, so that an evaluation of the time involved can be made.
